I’m Eddie Lpz, founder of Affordable Living Consulting. For 9 years I’ve worked hands-on in affordable housing compliance, with LIHTC properties under California TCAC and HUD Section 8 programs.
I’m a NAHMA Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO). I started Affordable Living Consulting to give owners, managers, and applicants straightforward help: what the rules require, what’s missing, and how to fix it.
Based in Chula Vista, I work with clients across California.
